MiniMinors ships from US warehouses. Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days.

Processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed later or on weekends ship the next business day. We don't ship on US federal holidays.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier picks up your package — usually within hours of shipment. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, email hello@miniminors.store.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, plus DC, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses. We don't currently ship internationally. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when international shipping launches, email us at hello@miniminors.store.
Address changes
Once an order is in fulfillment (within 2 hours of placing it), we can't change the shipping address. If a package is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we'll refund the order minus return shipping costs.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, check with neighbors and your building manager first — that solves it most of the time. If you still can't locate it 48 hours after the marked delivery, email hello@miniminors.store and we'll work with the carrier to file a claim and replace the order at no cost.
Damaged in transit
If the box arrives damaged or the items inside are damaged, see our Refund Policy — short version: photo the damage within 7 days and email us, we'll replace it at no cost.
