Less stuff. More actually-works.

MiniMinors tests every baby and toddler product for 30 days before stocking it. We then publish honest scorecards — including the products we sent back.

Why MiniMinors exists

The baby gear category is broken. Search "best stroller" and you'll get 30 affiliate-driven listicles, each ranking the same five strollers in a different order. Search "newborn sleep schedule" and you'll get pediatric-textbook content written for SEO, not for the parent who hasn't slept in three days.

We're trying to fix that. Two ways.

Real testing. Every product on a "best of" list spends 30 days with at least 6 parents in real conditions. Different climates, different temperaments, different setups. We publish scorecards, including the ones we sent back. We don't take affiliate commissions on the picks featured here.

Real review. Every article that touches feeding, sleep, pregnancy, or infant health is reviewed by the relevant specialist (IBCLC, pediatric sleep consultant, OB-GYN, RN) before publishing. The "Reviewed by" line on each article isn't decoration. It's a process.

Who's behind it

MiniMinors is a small US DTC team. We organize editorial work into seven specialist desks, each owning a content area:

  • The Sleep Desk — wake windows, regressions, sleep training. Reviewed by a pediatric sleep consultant.
  • The Feeding Desk — bottle, breast, formula, solids. Reviewed by an IBCLC.
  • The Pregnancy Desk — trimesters, due dates, hospital prep. Reviewed by an OB-GYN.
  • The Health Desk — diapering, illness, common health questions. Reviewed by an RN.
  • The Mini Desk — toddler and preschooler development. Reviewed by a pediatric OT/PT.
  • The Gear Desk — strollers, carriers, registry, nursery, travel. Tested by a real-mom panel.
  • MiniMinors Editorial — strategy, opinion, comparison pieces, brand voice.

What we promise

  • No affiliate steering. The picks on this site are picks. We don't take affiliate commissions on featured products. If we did, we'd say so.
  • No marketing-only "best of" lists. If a product made a list, six parents tested it. If a product got cut, we'll say why.
  • No medical advice without a credentialed reviewer. If you read it on MiniMinors and it's about feeding, sleep, pregnancy, or your child's health, an actual specialist signed off.
  • Real "Updated" dates. When you see "Updated May 2026," that's when we last verified the content against current guidelines. Not a publishing trick.
  • We name what we don't know. Plenty of parenting questions don't have one right answer. We say so when that's the case.

What we don't do

  • We don't write fictional "Sarah, mom of two" personas to fake authority. The desks are honest about being editorial teams.
  • We don't generate content with AI without specialist review.
  • We don't do "parenting influencer" toxic positivity. You can have a 4-month-old who wakes every two hours. That's not a personal failure.
  • We don't sell your data, ever. If you're on our email list, we use that list for emails. That's it.
