Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy from MiniMinors. If something doesn't work for your family, return it within 30 days. Here's exactly how that works.

30-day returns on unused items

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. No store credit. No restocking fee.

"Unused" means: tags still on, packaging unopened, no signs of wear or use. We can't accept returns of items that have been washed, used, or damaged outside of the original packaging.

Items that can't be returned

  • Bottles, nipples, pacifiers, breast pump parts, and any feeding accessories once the seal is broken — for hygiene reasons.
  • Diapers and wipes once the box or pack is opened.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout).
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost. Email us at hello@miniminors.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send the replacement and a prepaid return label for the damaged unit.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@miniminors.store with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund posts within 5 to 10 business days. Card refunds typically appear within 1 to 2 billing cycles depending on your bank.

Return shipping

Standard return shipping is free for any defective item or for any return where we made a mistake (wrong item, missing parts, etc.).

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is $7.95, deducted from your refund. We use a prepaid USPS label so you don't pay out of pocket.

Order changes and cancellations

You can cancel or change your order within 2 hours of placing it. Email hello@miniminors.store with your order number. After 2 hours, the order is in fulfillment and we can't change it. If we ship it before you can return it, the standard 30-day return policy above applies.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, the fastest option is to return the original (free if our error, $7.95 if change-of-mind) and place a new order. We don't process exchanges directly because it's slower than the return-and-reorder path.
